Ok, so the weekend is FINALLY almost here... one more day of work (which is going to end at 4 for a trip to the bar for happy hour), and i'm off to Albuquerque!  Two RCPM shows in two nights... ABQ and Flagstaff.  I'm gonna try to get some photo work done while driving between as well.  It should be a lot of fun, and very productive, while still hopefully being relaxing too.

I also picked up a new book by William Gibson (author of Neuromancer), called Pattern Recognition.  I'll probably shelve the Piers Anthony book for a while.  The Gibson book is easier to travel with since its much smaller (paperback vs. 3-in-1 hardback).

I've been pretty productive in the darkroom this week.  I got all of the contact sheets made for all the film that i had (about 14 rolls).  I also got test RC prints made for the 5 rolls for the Small Towns Project (about 20 of them).  Tonight, I tried to do a print, but everything conspired against me, and while I did get a print done, it's going to need to be redone because there are dark spots on one side... :(  bummer... there went one evening and a few $ too... Oh well, hopefully this weekend will yield even more film for me to work with!

I'm also going to try to plan to go to my Aunt's house in NM the weekend of 3/19-3/21.  She said she's take me around to a few cute towns around her house too... I already know of two spots near her that I wanted to photograph.

When I was in TX a couple weeks ago, Jaren and I were talking about a calendar project that I can't stop thinking of.  The more I think about it, the more I think I want to do it.  I need to call him and find out how serious he is about it, but we may have a nice calendar put together for '05 if it all goes according to plan.  ;)  That would be sweet...

Anyhow, time to go pack and relax so i can still be coherent by the time the band hits the stage tomorrow ngiht.  TOODLES!
